Description: The leaves and bark of the North American witch-hazel, Hamamelis virginiana, may be used to produce an astringent decoction as a cooling agent for various uses in traditional medicine, herbalism, and skincare products. As an ingredient or topical agent, witch hazel water is regulated in the USA as an over-the-counter drug for external use only to soothe minor skin irritations. Witch hazel water is used externally on sores, bruises, and for skincare, such as topical treatment of psoriasis, eczema, aftershave products, cracked or blistered skin, insect bites, poison ivy, and skin burns.

Menthol – soothing, cooling, tingling! Menthol CoolingCleanser is the perfect balance of ingredients (a naturally occurring compound found in mint). Not too strong, so as to burn, but just the right amount to bring about a naturally refining and refreshing experience.

WARNING: Color and transparency of hydrosol can differ from light yellow or transparent to milk-like white, depending on the batch. This is absolutely normal as the raw materials, grown for tonic production is 100% natural vary from year to year. Also, the scent can differ, sometimes it’s stronger, sometimes it’s softer.
