Return policy

Requests for returns are considered on a case by case basis, and we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

If you want to return your order, please, send us a request by an email ([email protected]) describing the reasons for the return. If your return request is approved, items must be returned in original condition within 7 days of return approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer will also pay for return shipping which must include tracking and signature confirmation. Sugaring Factory is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Please double-check the address that you provide.
